Dee has over 29 years experience in management & financial accounting and tax planning with clients across many industries including trades, retail, hospitality, health, real estate and rentals.
Dee is passionate about business and helping owners understand in normal everyday language, how the numbers/finances have an impact on their business and decision making.
Dee came to Hamilton in 1998 from South Africa and felt that NZ was home, immediately supporting the All Blacks. With her daughter now in uni, Dee has more time for hands on working with clients and growing the business.

Scott has a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Diploma and Certificate in Business Computing (both with Distinctions) from Wintec.
Scott is also a Google Partner and Shopify Partner.
Scott looks after our IT stuff and our websites via the other side of the company.
Scott keeps us up to date with Xero & IT changes.
Joanna Ward

Joanna started with Devine Accounting in February 2013 and works for us part time.
Joanna ran her own business for 6½ years and does data processing for GST returns, monthly accounts & financial statements.
